Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

 

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Made-to-order items, including hand-bound books and custom-built book bags, are produced individually for you, so please allow additional production time before dispatch.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: 8 USD, and free when your order has 3 or more items.

Express shipping: 15 USD.

Rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, and express delivery 1 to 3 business days. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating.

 

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us at sgf.us@saigongroups.us with your order number and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
